What do I do if something in my order is damaged or missing?
Please contact our Customer Support representative right away and we’ll help you out.You could also view our Refund Policy and instructions.
If I return merchandise how long will it take to receive my refund?
We must receive all returns and exchanges (including the replacements of missing or damaged items).We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online using your credit card and paypal, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page.Your information is then SSL- encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's net work, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved . Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
I don't have a paypal account, can I pay with a credit/debit card?

When can I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse with in 2 business days of the order being placed.Shipment will arrive between 3-8 days(Shipping times are only estimates and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed.) after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location. We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by courier service.
